Your appointments are very important at renewskinnbymime and are reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or change your appointment, I ask for a 24 hour notice in advance. Please understand if you cancel or forget about your appointment without a 24 hour notice, I miss the opportunity to fill your reserved slot. I understand that emergencies happen and things come up in life, so the first time will be waived. After the 1st no show you will be responsible for paying 30% of your service fee if cancelled without a 24 hour notice. Clients that fail to come to their appointment will be charged a no-show fee which is 50% cost of scheduled service. Thank you for understanding.
